What data we collect

The website does not collect personal data directly, does not use cookies or any analytics or profiling tools, and does not load content from external services: fonts, images and videos are hosted on the website itself.

As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical browsing data (for example IP address, date and time, page requested) to ensure the operation and security of the service, and keeps it for as long as technically necessary.

If you email or call us

If you contact us by email or phone, we use the data you give us (name, contact details, content of your request) only to reply to you and, for the CVC Cashmere Care service, to arrange the collection and return of your garment. The legal basis is the handling of your request. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle it and to meet our legal obligations.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. When you open them you leave our website: those services process your data according to their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or for restriction of or objection to its processing, by writing to shop@corsovannuccicashmere.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
